Meal Plan Monday

Monday: Spaghetti, Cheesy Garlic Toast, Roasted Broccoli

Tuesday: Take-Out!

Wednesday: Meatloaf, Cheesy Rice, Green Beans - I've posted my yummy meatloaf recipe here before. I've always made it just like the recipe says, but this time I'm going to use all ground beef (it gets to be expensive meatloaf when I have to have veal & lamb, too!). Fingers crossed that it will be just as tasty!

Thursday: Chicken Fried Rice

Friday: Beef Rouladen, German Fried Potatoes, Corn

Hey! We think that ground turkey meat is as tasty or more so than ground beef...you might think about mixing the two for your meat loaf...Just an idea!

Hey, I found your blog! Now I can see what's for supper when we move to Lubbock, what time should we be there? :) Actually we use to do a supper club deal with a few other friends when we use to live in Lubbock. There would be 2 host couples every other month and they'd cook dinner at their house and everyone would bring their kids. Then every other month also, the adults would go out without the kids for some adult time. It was only once a month and we couldn't make it all the time, but when we did it was fun! We'll have to see if they're still doing it and invite y'all if they are. Did y'all know David & Angie Carver or Willis & Lela Talbert? They are all Aggies as well and all so nice. Once we get settled into our house, we'll have to have a party and have everyone over so you can meet.

Too funny, Tara! We do know both couples! I see both Angie and Lela almost every Tuesday and Thursday - their kids go to the same PDO as my younger ones!

We can't wait to have y'all closer!

OK, I'm gonna sound really dumb, what is PDO? I'm assuming some sort of daycare??

You'll have to tell me out it, that would probably be something good for my little guy too.
