My meal planning is coming along nicely. We still usually eat out at least once on the weekend, but our mid-week meals have been much less thrown together! I'm going to start trying to use my crock-pot more. On Tuesdays, the girls have gymnastics/dance until 6:30. If I don't have something already going, we'll end up getting fast food every Tuesday (like we have for the past 2 weeks since classes started).
What's on tap for this week:
~ Orange-Sesame Pork (it's been on the rotation the past 2 weeks, but I still haven't made it! I will tonight)
~ Crock Pot Brown Sugar Chicken
~ Chicken Parm with zuchini
~ Stromboli (we did "make your own pizza" night on Friday, and I have just enough pizza dough left over)
Actually cooking 4 nights of the week should give us plenty of leftovers for the other days! I sometimes (not often, but occasionally) cook at lunch, too, so we always have tons of leftovers (today I made pasta salad - Hannah's favorite)!

The brown sugar chicken sounds so yummy! Have you made it before? I love meal plan Mondays...very inspiring! I am not cooking much right now so I am living vicariously through you.:)
I haven't made it before (although I have made something similar, with brown sugar & soy sauce). Looking forward to trying it tonight. I'm just about to put everything together. I even bought a new crock pot in honor of the chicken! :P
