Well, another week! Kevin's old boss is coming to town this week, so the whole family is going out to eat with him on Tuesday, and we're having him over on Wednesday. Any meal ideas for the boss? Dessert, too. I can always go to my old stand-by - lasagna - but was hoping for something different. We're having guests this weekend (hi, Jason, Lindsey, Gracie & Abby!) so we'll probably eat out on Friday and Saturday as well! If not, we'll do "make your own pizzas" for the crowd!
I'm at a loss for Wednesday, but the rest of the week is tentatively planned as:
~ Sara's Crock Pot Ribs - I never made these last week, but I already have them in the crock pot this morning. They smell delicious!
~ Hot Potato Casserole - Technically, this is a breakfast casserole, but with hasbrown potatoes, cheese & diced ham, it always feels more like a complete meal to me!
~Make Your Own Pizzas - If we're home. I'll make pizza dough one day this week and have it on hand in the freezer in case we end up eating here.
That's it for the week! Doesn't seem like much cooking, but I didn't put anything for Wednesday on here yet. Ideas, please!

I've got a yummy turkey & artichoke stuffed shells recipe that might be good for boss day. Just like a lasagna you can make it up earlier in the day and pop it in the oven when you're ready. It's from Everyday Italian. Or Maniladas (chicken enchiladas in a manicotti shell - with cheese sauce to die for) from Cooking for Real. Can you tell I like the Food Network?
Hi, Joanne-
I'm tracking you down, girl, even on Crock Pot Sunday! First, _I_ want the turkey and artichoke recipe! And the Maniladas! Can you hook me up? :) Also, I need your mailing addy to send you copies of STRETCH MARKS for Finders Keepers. Would you mind e-mailing me at kimberly@kimberlystuart.com?
